4 More Charges Brought Against Alleged Drug Dealer

One of the Hampton Beach women arrested in connection to a "drug conspiracy" on the letter streets had four additional charges levied against her during her arraignment Monday.

Michelle Galloway, 45, of a second floor apartment at 24 H St., had faced one count of conspiracy to distribute a controlled drug after police raided her home Friday morning.

Hampton Police Lt. Dan Gidley said Galloway was also arraigned, via video from her jail cell, Monday morning in Hampton District Court on four new felonies: three counts of possession with intent to distribute, and one count of conspiracy to deliver controlled drugs.

The three possession counts are connected to heroin and cocaine seized from Galloway's home, while the other charge is related to a different drug. Gidley said the name of that drug wasn't immediately available Monday afternoon.

A judge also changed Galloway's bail from $20,000 cash to $25,000 cash or surety Monday. Galloway was still being held at the Rockingham County House of Corrections as of 4:30 p.m.

No additional charges had yet been filed against the other woman arrested — Breena Purtell, 39, of 9 G St., Unit 3 — or other individuals connected to the case as of Monday afternoon.
