Gov. Hassan: New Bathhouse a Great Collaborative Effort

The governor and other state officials were in North Hampton on Friday to cut the ribbon on the new North Hampton State Beach Bathhhouse.

Gov. Maggie Hassan and other state officials cut the ribbon on the new bathhouse at North Hampton State Beach on Friday.

Hassan thanked the town of Rye for allowing the state to hook up to its sewer line and the town of Hampton for allowing the bathhouse to connect to its wastewater treatment plant.

"Without their support, this building wouldn't be ready to open right now. It's just another great example of the kind of partnership and collaboration we have in New Hampshire when we all put our heads together and work together to solve a problem."
