The New Hampshire Association of School Principals has selected its annual top administrators, and a local name has been awarded the top elementary school honors.
Lois Costa, the principal of Hampton's Adeline C. Marston Elementary School, has been named Elementary School Principal of the Year.
Costa, students and staff recently celebrated the honor at the school.
