39th Annual NH-VT Lions Senior All Star Soccer Matches
This event showcases the senior class of 2013 selected to participate in a matchup between New Hampshire and Vermont. The event raises proceeds for the NH Lions Sight and Hearing Foundation as well as the VT Austine Green Mountain Lions Camp.
Several players and coaches from the seacoast have earned selection to this years games including Winnacunnet Senior Captain Ryan Gigliotti who was an All State Honorable Mention selection, Winnacunnet Boys Head Coach Nick Rowe, and Newmarket Head Girls Coach and Hampton resident Andrew Dawson. Rowe and Dawson were named Coach of the Year in Division 1 and Division 4 respectively this past fall.
Also participating from the seacoast is Matt Vlasich, a first team all state selection from Exeter, Annaliese Schmidt, a first team all state goalkeeper from Newmarket and Newmarket Boys Head Coach Chris Morril.
The game will take place at Franklin Pierce University in Rindge Saturday July 20 with the girls match starting at 4pm with the boys to follow at 6:30pm.
