Blue Lobster Brewing Opens for Business

The nanobrewery opened its tasting room on Thursday.

Blue Lobster Brewing Company opened its retail shop next to the Community Oven in Hampton on Thursday, holding tasting hours from 4 to 6 p.m.

Three beers were on tap: Gold Claw Pale Ale, Excess Is Not Rebellion Double IPA and Gales of November Stout. A steady crowd filed through the doors to sample one of those three beers and experience the new tasting room. Blue Lobster T-shirts and growlers of beer were also for sale.

Blue Lobster Brewing Company will also be open today, from 5 to 7 p.m., at 845 Lafayette Road.
