Old Salt Wins Small Biz Tourney Restaurant Bracket

The downtown eatery advances to Round 2.

Readers have spoken: the Old Salt Eating and Drinking Place will move on to the second round of the Hampton-North Hampton Patch Small Business Tournament after receiving 53 percent of the vote in this week's tough restaurant bracket. The Old Salt joins Zesto Pizza, KB's Bagels and Hagan's Grill as first-round winners in their respective categories, and each will receive a plaque from Patch in the upcoming weeks declaring them as a Readers' Choice restaurant in town. Unfortunately, no one correctly guessed that this week's "Where Is It?" hint was of a couple of items inside Bai Cha, a Thai restaurant in downtown Hampton!
