A cash-only, family-run business, Marelli's Market is known as the "Candy Store" in downtown Hampton. In the family for almost 100 years, Richard Marelli is the current owner. It primarily sells candy, nuts that are fresh roasted daily and lottery tickets. In addition, it has some convenience store items, like cold drinks and cleaning supplies.

MARELLI'S at 465 Lafayette Road in Hampton is a favorite destination spot for children and adults alike! Located directly across the street from the new gazebo on Marelli Square, Marelli's has been in business for nearly 100 years! Luigi Marelli always wanted the children of Hampton particularly taken care of as he would make sure each child walked form the store with at least a piece of penny candy. From artistic gatherings to political conversations to the place to go to find out who would be a good plumber, it's a GREAT PLACE, GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT CLIENTELE - a FUN DESTINATION for all ages!
