Bai Cha, a Thai restaurant, is a welcome addition to Hampton's dining scene. It's open for lunch during the week, and lunch and dinner on weekends. Its dishes include salmon Choo Chee, wind boar basil, beef macadamia, shrimp hot pot, Indonesian fried rice, steamed ginger fish, Pad Thai seafood and soft shell crab curry. All the food is cooked to order, so Bai Cha's cooks can adjust dishes for those with allergies and can adjust spice levels according to taste.

Have ordered take out from their twice since it opened (both after the 8/16 review) and found the food to be fantastic both times. Yes, a little on the pricey side, but I found the portions to be adequate. Among the best Thai foor I've ever had.
I tried posting a detailed review the other day but the Patch site review function has a bug that won't take longer reviews even if you're under the character limits.
So, shorter version:
Ordered Chicken w Cashew, Spicy Beef Salad and Drunken Noodles, lunch sizes except for salad.
All food was very good. Value was *not*. Chicken w cashew container was 4/5 rice, 1/5 "meal", and no cashews. Drunken noodles filled container half way. For $9+ tax on each, they need to do better than that. Either give more food, or lower lunch prices guys. I know we're not going to be returning, unfortunately. I was so looking forward to them being avail for lunches.

Bai Cha Thai is one of the best Thai restaurants I've eaten in. The food is always fresh with great portions. I've never noticed that the portions were small. I eat there an average of twice a week and have never been dissapointed. Love it!!!
