Stiles Among Many to Celebrate Volunteers' Work on National Public Garden Day
There's a special tribute soon for hard work at many area gardens.

May 11 is National Public Gardens Day, so get out and enjoy the gardens around Hampton this spring. The Hampton Beach Beautification Committee invites the public to visit the locations they have planted over the past 5 years.
Bicentennial Park is at the end of High St & Ocean Blvd, has a new raised flower bed around the pine tree and butterfly garden.

The Ashworth Island pocket garden, with the Grandmasion stone & plaque and the Sea Memorial mini garden.
The Mile Long Bridge garden between Ocean Blvd & Ashworth Ave, with the Historic Bridge plaque.

The South end State park by the bridge, has a butterfly way-station, stone bench in memory of former Selectmen Diana LaMontagne and Clews family boat.
The beach firehouse has a pocket garden on Ashworth Ave and the Governor's Lilac bed and boat motif by the Hampton Harbor.
And the traffic island at the HB entrance will be a blanket of daises in mid May.
Senator Nancy Stiles has kindly accepted the invitation to visit the public gardens at Hampton Beach to celebrate the May 11 National Public Garden Day. Pictured above is the Governors Lilac bed near the Hampton Harbor entrance, which was funded by the Moose license plates program.
And the Mile Long Bridge garden between Ocean Blvd & Ashworth Ave, funded by the Hampton Beach Village Distract and planted by the HB Beautification Committee.
