Hampton's Costa 'Overjoyed' to Be NH 'Principal of the Year'

The New Hampshire Association of School Principals officially named Marston School Principal Lois Costa as the Elementary School Principal of the Year during a ceremony Thursday night.

Teachers, students and school staff surprised Costa with the news last month by presenting her with a crown and sash during a special school assembly.

Costa has told Patch that she is "overjoyed" at the recognition, which is a prestigious honor bestowed to only one principal at each education level every year.
