My parents flew in from California to visit and had Regal pick them up. The first pick up, at South Station in Boston, the driver was nowhere to be found. My parents called the 800 number and were told to take all of their luggage and walk around the corner to the driver- which they did. (Please keep in mind that all of other driver services were standing right there holding placards with their customers names on them). The driver was not around the corner and so they called again and were told to "wait" 15 minutes. This was ludicrous. They found another driver. After this incident they should not have used Regal again but they figured that this was a "one time" occurrence.

The second time was last night and they were supposed to be picked up at Boston Logan at midnight- they had called earlier that day to confirm their reservation and were told that all was well, their flight was being followed by the people at Regal and they'd be there to pick them up. When my parents landed, no one was there. They called Regal and were told that their reservation was for the next day. This was after calling to confirm earlier that day. Again, they found someone else to drive them to their destination.

I was beside myself that my parents were left at midnight at Logan and I called to complain and get their money back-- I was told that customer service would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. This is not rocket science- there is no way it should that long to refund someone's money. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and I will spread the word that this is an unprofessional company and cannot be counted on.
