Driver of Illegal Hampton Taxi Hit with Drug Charge

Barbara A. Dymond, 52, faces a variety of charges after police pulled over her taxi on Hampton Beach

The following entries are excerpts from arrest and call logs supplied by the Hampton Police Department. The information does not indicate a conviction.



MONDAY, DEC. 30
  • 1:48 a.m.: David W. Annenberg, 19, of Hampton, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol following an incident near the Tide Mill Bridge. A 17 year old was also charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and possession of a controlled drug, in addition to being placed in protective custody.
  • 4:24 p.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated near Rite Aid.
  • 6:26 p.m.: Christopher N. Barnes, 31, of Hampton, was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief (vandalism) following a domestic incident at Schooner Landing Condos.
TUESDAY, DEC. 31
  • 12:21 p.m.: Audrey Locke, 54, of Hampton, was arrested on a warrant for two counts of possession of a controlled or narcotic drug.
  • 11:30 p.m.: Mario Fust, 36, of Oberdort, U.N., was charged with two counts of driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor and one count of criminal mischief following a reckless operation report near Best Western.
WEDNESDAY, JAN. 1
  • 12:56 a.m.: Nathan Howland, 23, of Dover, was placed into protective custody at Sands Hotel and Resort.
  • 2:07 a.m.: Barbara A. Dymond, 52, of Hampton, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia, taxi cab license required and operating with a suspended registration following a traffic stop near the intersection of Ashworth Avenue and L Street.
  • 10:13 a.m.: Assault investigated at The 401 Tavern.
  • 9:31 p.m.: Daniel P. Driscoll, 43, of Hampton, was arrested on a bench warrant.
THURSDAY, JAN. 2
  • 4:24 p.m.: Justin Edward Hagen, 41, of Hampton, was arrested on a warrant for driving after revocation or suspension and operating with a suspended registration. Hagen was also arrested on a bench warrant.
  • 5:33 p.m.: Amanda Elin Gaukstern, 31, of Amherst, was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor, open container and speed following an accident near Exit 12 on Route 101. David Erick Kinney, 43, of South Hamilton, Mass., was charged with open container, possession of a controlled drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kinney was also placed in protective custody.
