Second Video Surfaces Alleging Seabrook Police Misconduct

A new video claims a more offenses were committed by Seabrook police officers, although the department denies the claims.

UPDATE (3:21 p.m., Jan. 9): Seabrook police have reviewed the video and have released a number of details about the incident, including the fact that there will be no internal investigation into its officers due to these claims.

ORIGINAL STORY (2 p.m., Jan. 9):
Just days after a video posted to YouTube started a multi-agency criminal investigation into three Seabrook police officers, more claims have been made about potential civil rights violations involving the department.

The July 3, 2013, video, entitled "Seabrook cops 'just punched my 2yo!' take kids to pedophile," was posted on YouTube late Wednesday night by former Seabrook official Albert "Max" Abramson on behalf of the Auger family.

Jared Auger contacted Hampton-North Hampton Patch Thursday morning about the video, and he and Abramson have claimed that Seabrook police assaulted a child, sexually assaulted the child's mother by grabbing her breast and ripping her shirt, and took custody of multiple children before bringing the children to a home with a Level 2 sex offender.

The 3-minute, 35-second video features explicit language, and the alleged misconduct mentioned above is not shown. The video is unrelated to the incident involving Michael Bergeron Jr.

Senior Assistant New Hampshire Attorney General Jane Young, who has assumed the lead in the investigation into Bergeron's police brutality claims against three officers who are now on paid administrative leave, couldn't be reached for comment.
