An area man accused of burglarizing a local residence could soon go to trial in Rockingham Superior Court for the crime.
Michael Joseph Bergeron Jr., 23, of Seabrook, was indicted this month on a felony count of burglary in connection to an Aug. 13 burglary in Hampton.
Bergeron was originally charged with the crime on Aug. 29.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt or conviction; rather, it means a grand jury believed there was sufficient evidence to warrant a trial.
