Man Charged with Resisting Arrest at Beach Bar

A 23 year old caused an early-morning scene, after which he was also charged with disorderly conduct and placed into protective custody.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 6

  • 1:12 p.m.: Assault investigated at Bernie's Beach Bar.
  • 1:42 p.m.: Theft investigated at Hampton Internal Medicine.
  • 2:47 p.m.: Assault investigated at 27 L St.
  • 3:38 p.m.: Missing person report investigated at 753 Ocean Blvd.
  • 6:29 p.m.: Investigation into an endangering the welfare of a child report near Blink's Fry Doe was completed without an arrest.
SATURDAY, SEPT. 7
  • 12:44 a.m.: Zachary Bissonnette, 19, of Marlborough, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and placed in protective custody following a disorderly conduct incident at Mainsail Motel and Cottages.
  • 3:28 a.m.: Todd G. Bergeron, 39, of Hampton, was charged with simple assault following a domestic incident at 451 Winnacunnet Road.
  • 10:39 a.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated on B Street.
  • 2:08 p.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated at Winnacunnet High School.
  • 2:09 p.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated near Greg's Bistro.
  • 9:14 p.m.: Sean P. Adams, 23, of Hampton, was placed into protective custody near the Hampton Beach Seashell Stage.
SUNDAY, SEPT. 8
  • 1:16 a.m.: Criminal mischief investigated at YesterYears Ice Cream Shoppe.
  • 1:16 a.m.: Brian J. French, 23, of East Kingston, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention, in addition to being placed into protective custody, following an disorderly conduct incident at Wally's Pub.
  • 2:16 p.m.: Receiving stolen property incident investigated at 559 Winnacunnet Road.
  • 1:11 p.m.: Accident investigated near the intersection of High and Tobey streets.
  • 6:28 p.m.: Paula Marie McLeer, 45, of Hampton, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension following an accident near the intersection of Exeter and Timber Swamp roads.
  • 10:16 p.m.: Danien DaRosa, 35, of Somerville, Mass., was arrested on a warrant for false reports to law enforcement.
