Hampton Man Arrested on Drug Charges

The following is an excerpt from the Hampton Police log from Saturday, Sept. 28 to Sunday, Sept. 29.

Saturday:

• At 12:55 a.m., police issued a summons to Stephane Bristol, 18, of Haverhill on Ashworth Avenue for speed and operating without a valid license. A 16-year-old juvenile was also arrested for allowing an improper person to operate.
• At 2:55 a.m., police arrested Cody Harris Sargent, 23, of Hampton following a traffic stop at the State parking lot on High Street for driving after revocation or suspension and possession of drug paraphenalia.
• At 3:51 a.m., police arrested Montai J. Smith, 27, of Midlothian, Va., at the Hampton Police Station on a warrant for conspiracy to commit.
• At 9:12 a.m., police investigated a hit and run accident on Ocean Boulevard.

• At 7:22 a.m., police responded to a domestic incident at the Emerald Isle Motel on Winnacunnet Road.
• At 12:25 p.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident on Riverview Terrace and Ashworth Avenue.
• At 4:50 a.m., police investigated a theft at a residence on M Street.
