Drunk Teen Hit with DUI After Driving Wrong Way Down Hampton Beach

A 15 year old without a valid license and three others were charged with alcohol offenses after an early morning drive.

The following entries are excerpts from arrest and call logs supplied by the Hampton Police Department. The information does not indicate a conviction.

 

TUESDAY, JUNE 18

  • 12:15 a.m.: A domestic violence incident was investigated at the Old English Village Apartments.
  • 11:12 a.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated at the intersection of Lafayette Road and Swain Court.
  • 11:32 a.m.: Theft investigated at Playland Arcade.
  • 3:14 and 3:33 p.m.: Police assisted individuals being harassed at two different Keefe Avenue addresses.
  • 5:13 p.m.: Robert Yoho, 69, of Hampton, was arrested on a warrant for conduct after an accident.
  • 7:01 p.m.: Criminal mischief investigated on Overlook Street.
  • 8:17 p.m.: Sexual assault investigated.
  • 8:50 to 10:58 p.m.: Police intervened in several disorderly conduct incidents, include one at 33 Ashworth Ave., two at 7 I St., and one at 5 Gulseth Ave.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19

  • 2:14 a.m.: Benjamin A. Vaughan, 22, of Durham, was arrested on a warrant following a traffic stop on Dustin Avenue.
  • 8:49 a.m.: Theft investigated at Hampton Arms Apartments.
  • 2:27 p.m.: Police were requested at Hampton Academy.
  • 3:46 p.m.: Theft investigated.
  • 5:25 p.m.: Assault investigated at the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and 7th Street.
  • 7:55 p.m.: Neil Barry, 26, of Seabrook, was arrested on a bench warrant and charged with possession of a controlled or narcotic drug after suspicious activity was reported at the Hampton Beach playground.
  • 11:02 p.m.: Disorderly conduct investigated at Wally’s Pub.
  • 11:59 p.m.: Peace was restored after a disorderly conduct report at Wally’s Pub.

THURSDAY, JUNE 20

  • 12:18 a.m.: Kirk Henry Tsosie, 25, of Mesa, Ariz., was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after an incident at O’Leary’s Grille.
  • 12:56 a.m.: Four juveniles — ages 15, 16, 17 and 17 — were placed into juvenile protective custody and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol following a traffic stop near the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom. The 15 year old was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor, operating without a valid license, and driving the wrong way on Ocean Boulevard.
  • 7:22 a.m.: Theft investigated on Towle Farm Road.
  • 3:47 p.m.: Lauren M. Jones, 19, of Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of alcohol and false report to law enforcement. She was also placed into protective custody.
  • 4:29 p.m.: Scott T. Murtagh, 41, of Hampton, was charged with criminal threatening on N Street.
  • 4:32 p.m.: A 17 year old was charged with second-degree assault on Westridge Drive.
  • 6:13 p.m.: A domestic incident was investigated at 3 Robin Lane.
  • 9:44 p.m.: Disorderly conduct investigated at 21 M St.
  • 9:55 p.m.: Disorderly conduct investigated in front of the Hampton Beach Casino complex.
  • 10:41 p.m.: Eve Noel Rottersman, 20, of Methuen, Mass., was placed into protective custody near the intersection of Ashworth Avenue and B Street.
  • 10:49 p.m.: Disorderly conduct investigated at 3 H St.
  • 11:08 p.m.: Disorderly conduct investigated at the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and C Street.
  • 11:35 p.m.: Disorderly conduct investigated at Stacey Jane’s Restaurant.
