Child Pornography Investigated in Residential Neighborhood

A child either videotaped or took pictures of another individual while that person was changing in a home on a local residential street.

The following entries are excerpts from arrest and call logs supplied by the Hampton Police Department. The information does not indicate a conviction.

MONDAY, SEPT. 9

  • 2:47 a.m.: Assault investigated at Wally's Pub.
  • 11:30 a.m.: Police were involved in a child pornography investigation on Carolan Avenue. The case involved one child "either videotaping or taking pictures of others in the course of changing clothes," Lt. Dan Gidley told Patch. Gidley said "no charges will be forthcoming because all persons involved are juveniles."  
  • 1:14 p.m.: Assault investigation at Oceanside Center.
  • 7:09 p.m.: Treza L. White, 23, of Wells, Maine, was arrested on a bench warrant.
TUESDAY, SEPT. 10
  • 8:55 a.m.: Stalking investigated at the Neil Underwood Memorial Bridge.
  • 11:38 a.m.: Jason R. Terry, 37, of Hampton, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension following a traffic stop near 211 Ocean Blvd.
  • 2:42 p.m.: Assault investigated at Winnacunnet High School.
  • 7:44 p.m.: Scott Kevin Andrews, 19, of Hampton, was charged with transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor following a traffic stop near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and 18th Street.
WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 11
  • 1:15 a.m.: Ernest Joseph Beaulieu Jr., 50, of Hampton, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension, possession of a controlled drug and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop near 263 Winnacunnet Road.
  • 11:23 a.m.: Missing person report investigated at 16 M St.
  • 4:06 p.m.: Michael Heath, 42, of Newmarket, was arrested on a warrant.
