3 Arrested for DUI in Hampton

One of the arrests came after an accident along Hampton Beach.

The following entries are excerpts from arrest and call logs supplied by the Hampton Police Department. The information does not indicate a conviction.

 

THURSDAY, JUNE 27

8:39 a.m.: Criminal trespass investigated at 225 Ocean Blvd.

10:48 a.m.: Criminal mischief investigated at Bailey’s Beach Resort.

10:58 a.m.: Motor vehicle theft investigated at Ocean Crest Condos (190 Kings Highway).

6:35 p.m.: Criminal threatening investigated.

11:07 p.m.: James M. Malley, 44, of Amherst, was charged with driving under the influence (subsequent offense) following an accident at the intersection of D Street and Ashworth Avenue.

 

FRIDAY, JUNE 28

10:44 a.m.: Louis R. Messina, 28, of Hampton, was charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and was arrested on a warrant.

1:06 p.m.: Possible drug offenses were investigated at the Ashworth By The Sea Hotel.

2:42 p.m.: Motor vehicle theft investigated at Old English Village.

4 p.m.: Accident investigated at Hampton Motor Company.

6:07 p.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated in the Seacoast Plaza (845 Lafayette Road).

9:07 p.m.: Mark R. Schwarz, 29, of North Hampton, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension, false report to law enforcement and misuse or failure to display plates following a traffic stop near the intersection of Ashworth and Fellows avenues. Schwarz was also arrested on a bench warrant.

9:29 p.m.: Criminal threatening investigated on Locke Road.

10:16 p.m.: Disorderly conduct investigated at 21 M St.

10:34 p.m.: Ian R. Hickok, 22, of Hampton, was arrested on a bench warrant and charged with driving after revocation or suspension or driving without giving proof.

11:45 p.m.: Samantha Ott, 19, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol in the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom parking lot.

 

SATURDAY, JUNE 29

12:12 a.m.: Joseph Moisan, 18, of Amesbury, Mass., was charged with disobeying a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor, and Kristofer Martin, 19, of Amesbury, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol following a traffic stop near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and G Street.

2:21 a.m.: Kim Bickford, 56, of Lebanon, Maine, was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor following a traffic stop near the intersection of Route 101 and Towle Farm Road.

2:24 a.m.: Andrea K. Veroneau, 54, of Kingston, was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor following a traffic stop near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and L Street.

3:40 a.m.: Disorderly conduct investigated at Hampton House Motel.

1:12 p.m.: Theft investigated at 17 Birch Road.

2:55 p.m.: Michael Slaicinnas, 31, of Hampton, was charged with simple assault near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and L Street.

4:55 p.m.: Police investigated a possible an endangering the welfare of a child incident at the Hampton Beach playground.

8:32 p.m.: Four Quebec, Canada, residents were charged with open container at 425 Ocean Blvd: Fanny Gentilcore, 20, of L’Assomption; Charlyne Rehel, 20, of Repentigny; Raphaelle Lefebvre, 20, of Repentigny; and Laura Capogreco, 20, of Repentigny.

10:35 p.m.: Steven Murphy, 21, of Haverhill, Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct near the Hampton Beach Seashell Complex.
