17 Teens Arrested in M Street Drinking Party

A Derry man and a Methuen teen were each charged with hosting the party, which resulted in arrests on alcohol and drug charges.

The following entries are excerpts from arrest and call logs supplied by the Hampton Police Department. The information does not indicate a conviction.


SATURDAY, AUG. 3

  • 1:04 a.m.: Claudia Bedoya-Hollis, 46, of Hampton, was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor following a traffic stop near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and 14th Street. 
  • 1:08 a.m.: Steven J. Vautour, 47, of Danville, was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor and placed into protective custody following a traffic stop near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and K Street.
  • 1:36 a.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated in the Church Street municipal parking lot.
  • 7:52 p.m.: Kristopher K. Meyer, 33, of Hampton, was arrested on a bench warrant following a traffic stop near the Tide Mill Bridge.

SUNDAY, AUG. 4

  • 1:15 a.m.: Sanrda E. Foley, 33, of Deerfield, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug and arrested on a bench warrant following a suspicious activity report on Swain Court.
  • 1:43 a.m.: Robert DeSimone, 40, of Everett, Mass., was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor following a traffic stop near the intersection of Ashworth Avenue and A Street.
  • 2:21 a.m.: Timothy Scott Alexander, 24, of Sandown, was charged with driving or operating under the influence (subsequent offense) and possession of a controlled drug following a traffic stop near Cristy's Pizza.
  • 2:43 a.m.: Robbery investigated at McGuirk's Ocean View.
  • 12:10 p.m.: Andrew J. Tedford, 21, of Bloomingdale, N.Y., and Christopher Robert Gleason, 20, of Queensbury, N.Y., were each charged with open container on Hampton Beach near 10 Haverhill Ave.
  • 3:26 p.m.: Edwin N. Barreto, 28, of Worcester, Mass., was charged with driving after revocation or suspension following a domestic incident near 865 Ocean Blvd.
  • 6:43 p.m.: Meghan T. McRobbie, 20, of Methuen, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled drug or narcotic drug, and Daniel J. Judson, 22, of Methuen, Mass., was charged with open container near Portsmouth Avenue.
  • 7:27 p.m.: Robert James O'Neill III, 30, of Hampton, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension following a traffic stop near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and Dumas Avenue.
  • 7:43 p.m.: Jeffrey Bogannam, 43, of Hampton, was charged with simple assault on Lafayette Road.
  • 8:29 p.m.: Sean Cameron Brownell, 25, of Merrimack, was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor, lane control, and misuse or failure to display plates following a traffic stop near the Foss Manufacturing back gate. William Haynes MacGregor, 27, and Kyle Garthe, 26, both of Merrimack, were both placed into protective custody.
  • 10:34 p.m.: Police busted an underage drinking party at 2 M St., arresting 18 individuals, including: Matthew Dalton, 20, of Derry, and Zachary D. Smith, 18, of Methuen, Mass., were each charged with facilitating a drug or underage alcohol house party; and Andrew B. Hill, 18, of Newton, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol, possession of a controlled drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. The following Newtown, Mass., 18 year olds were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol: David Wolf, Ulises Tejeda, Martin Soto. The following Acton, Mass., 18 year olds were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol: Kevin C. Immerman, John Bellotti. Also, Maxwell H. McKee-Proctor, 18, of Newton, Mass., was placed into protective custody, three 17 year olds and two 16 year olds were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol, and four 17 year olds were placed in protective custody.
  • 11:09 p.m.: Burglary investigated at Ships Inn.

 MONDAY, AUG. 5

  • 12:33 p.m.: Heidi M. Johnson, 33, of Hampton, was charged with possession of a controlled drug or narcotic drug with intent to distribute and endangering the welfare of a child. The charges stem from a heroin bust.
  • 3:25 p.m.: Megan Marshall, 31, of Hampton, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled or narcotic drug.
  • 4:03 p.m.: Jonathan D. Peters, 28, of Hampton, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug or narcotic drug with intent to distribute and one count of endangering the welfare of a child. The charges stem from a heroin bust.
  • 6:25 p.m.: Demetrious S. George, 63, of Hampton, was placed into protective custody on an involuntary emergency admission.
  • 6:44 p.m.: Shoplifting investigated at Dudley's (203 Ocean Blvd.).
FRIDAY, AUG. 6
  • 10:40 a.m.: Burglary investigated at 50 Barbour Road.
  • 10:57 a.m.: John H. Minks, 39, of Boston, Mass., was arrested on a warrant for conduct after an accident and reckless operation.
  • 8:48 p.m.: Brian Thomas Croall, 44, of Hampton, was charged with loitering and placed into protective custody on Winnacunnet Road following a disorderly conduct report.
WEDNESDAY, AUG. 7
  • 2:02 a.m.: Theft investigated at 2 K St.
  • 12:47 p.m.: Sandra A. Howard, 54, of Chocorua, was arrested on a warrant at 19 M St. for theft, criminal mischief (vandalism) and criminal threatening (intimidation).
  • 12:55 p.m.: Joseph John Lebel, 52, of Manchester, a man police say is a "serial burglar," was charged with burglary, fraudulent use of a credit card and possession of a controlled drug.
  • 3:05 p.m.: Hit-and-run investigated near the Citizens Bank ATM near 65 Ashworth Ave.
  • 7:44 p.m.: Krystal R. Mello, 20, and David A. Muise Jr., 22, both of Londonderry, were each charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop near 200 Ocean Blvd.
  • 9:40 p.m.: Three individuals were charged following a traffic stop near Ocean Boulevard and Ashworth Avenue: Marisa R. O'Rourke, 20, of Lowell, Mass., was charged with possession/use/display of a false ID card and transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor; Ian C. Killpatrick, 20, of North Reading, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol; and Samantha M. Bedell, 20, of North Reading, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and two counts of possession/use/display of a false ID card.
