I want to thank the gentleman that reported a crime today. A woman was stealing the outdoor plants where I work as the Floral Vendor while I was inside. A nice man took down her plate # and the Hampton PD was able to apprehend her! There are still good people in this world and I wish the best to this man! Thank you!
