Cold Water Beer

Sometimes I long for the days when Hampton Beach was fun.  Not what it's become.  An unwelcoming area with jack booted police slapping their night sticks in the palm of their left hands.  Always looking for violations and vacationers who step out of line. Is there any reason why the cruisers are painted the same color as Palm Beach County Florida Sheriff's Department?  What ever happened to those leather jackets the town had to spring for?  Face it, the beach area homes for the most part are dumps full of low life in the summer and lowlife in the winter.  Where in the name of Jesus, Mary and Joseph are the owners of these dumps?  No wonder people elect to go to the beaches of Maine and lakes of New Hampshire without all the nonsense of an over zealous police force with old school ideas and enforcement standards.  Lighten up Hampton.  You really are not that special.  'It's just a dream, fat boy."
