Julianne McCrery, a Texas woman who allegedly in May, has agreed to plead guilty to second-degree murder.
WMUR reports that, according to paperwork filed Tuesday in Rockingham Superior Court, McCrery's plea deal carries a prison sentence of 45 years to life.
No sentencing hearing has yet been scheduled, according to WMUR. McCrery has not yet entered the plea, although the paperwork indicates her intent to do so.
Senior Assistant Attorney General Susan Morrell couldn't be reached for comment Wednesday.
McCrery had her May 26 probable cause hearing, which bound the case over to Rockingham Superior Court. The state, by law, had 90 days to indict McCrery from that date, although McCrery wasn't indicted and prosecutors have declined to speak about the case.
More information to come.
