Hampton Area Chamber Welcomes The Goat!

The Hampton Area Chamber celebrated the opening of The Goat, the newest place on Hampton Beach, with a ribbon cutting.  The Goat, located at 20 "L" St. (in the former location of The Happy Clam), features over 50 different types of whiskeys in addition to the standard full bar setup.  Its unique sign shows a Goat, no further explanation needed!  The all-new decor is rustic and the theme is country, actually the first country-themed restaurant on Hampton Beach.  The menu specialty is burgers, with over a dozen unique handmade varieties to choose from.  Stop in and enjoy live country music and a friendly staff, whether inside at the bar or outside on the second floor patio.  The Goat is already popular, and it's a don't miss experience for locals and tourists.

Co-owners Al Fleury and James Scully are on hand to welcome you to The Goat.  Fleury, whose other establishments Wally's Pub and Bernie's Beach Bar offer different vibes, has a vision to increase the hospitality experience for the Beach.  Shown at the ribbon cutting are (from left):  Pat Morgenstern, Hampton Area Chamber; James Scully, co-owner and manager of The Goat; Al Fleury, co-owner, with his beautiful daughter Rosemary May and fiancée Erica Chorebanian.
