Local Chef Brings New Certified Culinary Ed to Hampton

A Hampton cooking school has launched two new culinary programs that allow chefs of all levels to receive certified training during sessions that are twice as long as the business' recreational classes but half the cost and half the hours of its former culinary training.

Chez Boucher, located at 32 Depot Square, has already begun the first 12-week session for both of its new course offerings, the Professional Culinary Arts Training Program and the Professional Pastry Arts Training Program

The intensive programs involve a variety of key culinary lessons over 120 hours of hands-on training, according to the school, which is owned by Chef Ron Boucher.

The Professional Culinary Arts Training Program and the Professional Pastry Arts Training Program are licensed through the Career Schools Division of the New Hampshire Department of Education, and are endorsed by the American Culinary Federation for Excellence in Culinary Education.

More details about the programs, including information about the types of styles, techniques and recipes taught, are available on Chez Boucher's website.
