Amateur and professional photographers alike have made 2013 — the third year of Hampton-North Hampton Patch's existence — the best yet for visual representations of why this area is amazing.

The Photo of the Day series soared to new heights this year thanks to its immense following and popularity, and I want to thank each and every one of you for helping me make Hampton-North Hampton Patch one of the best looking Patches in the entire country.
Seriously — thank you. You have no idea how difficult it was to comb through hundreds and hundreds of Photo of the Day entries and other image submissions to assemble this collection of photos. It honestly just would've been easier to try and convince you the year is really 2058, that way I could have 58 images to highlight (which just so happens to the be number of "finalists" I had this year).
In order to make this post diverse and truly representative — let alone fit within the number indicated by the year — I didn't repeat any photographers. That was also challenging because it's just about impossible to choose your favorite photo by the Jacqui Kennedys and the Christine Singletons (the most prolific contributors) of the world.
