Give Back in Numerous Ways in Hampton, North Hampton
There are two chances Friday to make a valuable difference on the Seacoast.
The 6th annual Wounded Warriors Hit the Beach event comes ashore on North Beach today.
Wounded veterans and veterans with disabilities will catch waves in the Hampton surf between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. as part of the annual American Legion Post 35-sponsored event, which is designed to help the participants in a number of ways.
Other important things you should know today:
- In case you missed it, a fund has been started to help a local firefighter in the wake of a severe fire that heavily damaged his home.
- There's an American Red Cross Community Blood Drive in North Hampton today.
