Fun fitness class designed for the mature, active, adult. We aim to create a playful environment while we work on improving cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, body composition, flexibility, speed, power, agility, balance and coordination. Get a safe and effective total body workout using balls, hand held weights, and stretch bands while sitting comfortably in a chair. Part of the time we will be doing easy dance stepping and standing as well. Have fun and make new friends (or bring along an old one) while you improve your mood and learn more about your own body. Come play with us.

HKDS is a community space open to individuals of all ages and skill levels for classes in dance, drama, fitness and art. The studio offers Zumba for adults, Zumbatomic for kids from 5 through 12, Pilates, yoga, belly dancing, strength, stretch and sculpt for all ages and Silver S, S, and S for the mature active adult, Yoga. A Creative Arts Summer Camp is also available for grades 1 through 6. Call the office to sign up for a class today.
