North Hampton Public Library is presenting a series of 4 documentaries that could save your life.

March 15 (changed from 29th to 15th at Old Town Hall) - Forks Over Knives - Two doctors develop the same eating plan that makes obesity, diabetes 2, and heart disease a thing of the past for the majority of the population.

April 26 -at NHPL- Fat Sick and Nearly Dead - Joe Cross, an Australian traverses America in a quest to heal himself through nutrition while sharing his experience with people he meets along the way.

May 31 -at NHPL- Food, Inc. - Nominated for an Academy Award, this film explores genetically designed food and the farms that produce it which leads to the last film....

June 28 -at NHPL - Ingredients - A revolution in the Pacific Northwest is the model for the journey the Seacoast Community has embarked upon for a new way of eating that is healthy, economical and good for the soul.
