UPDATE: Palin May Be in Seabrook, Elsewhere on the Seacoast Tonight

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R) may be on her way to Seabrook. We want to know, if Palin does come to the area tonight, where do you think it will be?

With the announcement that Sarah Palin, the former governor of Alaska, plans to take her tour bus through New Hampshire tonight for a clambake on the Seacoast, many Hampton and North Hampton residents are left to wonder if the stop will be in their back yards.

***UPDATE: There are rumors swirling that Palin, a Republican who hasn't yet committed on running for president in 2012, will be at a private home in Seabrook or possibly at Brown's Lobster Pound on Route 286 at some point tonight. Patch will be there, and more details will be posted here as they surface.

Palin hasn't released any her of her tour stops in advance, although word has come she will be in New Hampshire on the same day former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney (R) is expected to announced his candidacy at an event somewhere in the Granite State.

It's possible that Palin could be shucking some shells tonight with residents at a beachfront home, or waving to passers-by as she stands in front of a restaurant on Ocean Boulevard, or enjoying a little shade with her seafood while standing beneath Hampton's downtown.

It's also possible, though, that Palin will opt to go to one of the larger communities to the north, such as Portsmouth -- which has been rumored as a possible destination -- or even Dover, which was host to Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., during a GOP picnic on Monday.

Bachmann, though, was also in North Hampton on Monday.

Because it's all speculation at this point -- even the news about the possible Seabrook stop -- we want to know: Do you think Palin will actually be in the area tonight, and if so, where do you think she will be?

If you were a member of Palin's staff, where in the area would you recommend she go and why?

If you don't think she'll be in the area tonight, or feel like this is just a bunch of hot air, why do you feel this way? We want to hear from you, so feel free to leave comments below or e-mail Kyle.Stucker@Patch.com.
