The Casino Ballroom at Hampton Beach is proud to announce two of its most anticipated shows of the year.  American Idol winner and Country Music sensation Scotty McCreey will appear Thursday August 9th.  Hall of Fame, multi-platinum, former Guns N Roses axe master SLASH will make his Ballroom debut Sunday September 16th with his band featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators.

America fell in love with Scotty McCreery in 2011 when he appeared on American Idol and immediately made a name for himself with his deep and undeniably country voice, strong sense of self, small-town roots, and unwavering integrity and conviction.  In May, he won Season Ten of American Idol when a record-breaking 122.4 million votes were cast for the finale and nearly 39 million people tuned in to see the winner’s name announced.

America fell in love with Slash 25 years ago this month when the release of the multi-platinum album Appetite for Destruction changed the path of rock music for the entire nation.  For fans who’ve tracked the broken glass and ruby slipper journey of Guns N’ Roses lead guitarist since then, one can’t help but be radioactive with enthusiasm over his new project. The new album Apocalyptic Love is not just a new record by the storied musician with the black top hat and magical gift for riff, for Slash and his three co-conspirators; it is, indeed, destiny. And everyone involved is poised for the ride.

Although very different forms of “American Idols” both Scotty and Slash will most likely be two of the hottest tickets on the beach this year.
